Understanding DLCO Mechanical Simulation Results

$20 for Access and CRCE Credit

This previously broadcast presentation will briefly review the calculation of a single-breath diffusing capacity. Understanding the major components required to calculate DLco will enable participants to identify primary variables measured during a mechanical simulation study. A discussion of these variables will help viewers improve identification of potential problems and subsequent troubleshooting strategies. Approved for 1 CRCE credit by the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC).
